Service Description
A focused 30-minute consultation for weddings and large events that require a custom photography scope, timeline review, and written quote. During the call, Event Horyzonz Photography reviews the event date, locations, guest count, timeline, family-formal needs, venue rules, travel, second-photographer considerations, desired deliverables, sneak-peek expectations, gallery delivery, and other details that affect coverage. This consultation is the required first step for wedding photography and complex large-event coverage. Purchasing the consultation does not reserve photography coverage or hold the event date. After the consultation, Event Horyzonz Photography may prepare a written quote based on the confirmed scope. Coverage is reserved only after quote approval, the applicable agreement or terms, and all required retainer or payment steps are completed.
Cancellation Policy
WEDDING / LARGE EVENT CONSULTATION POLICY This paid consultation is a planning and scope-review appointment. It does not reserve photography coverage, guarantee availability, or create a photography-services agreement. PURPOSE The consultation is used to review the event date, timeline, locations, guest count, family formals, venue rules, travel, second-photographer needs, desired deliverables, sneak-peek expectations, gallery delivery, usage needs, and other factors that affect scope and pricing. PAYMENT & SCHEDULING The consultation fee is due when booked. Appointment availability is based on the active Wix calendar. Clients should provide complete and accurate planning information before or during the appointment. RESCHEDULING & LATE ARRIVAL Rescheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show terms follow the booking details shown at checkout. Late arrival may reduce the available consultation time. NEXT STEPS Photography coverage is confirmed only after consultation, written quote approval, the applicable agreement or terms, and all required retainer or payment steps.
