Service Description
The First Light Experience is a relaxed newborn lifestyle session created around your baby’s natural rhythm, your family’s connection, and the meaningful details of this early season. This experience is ideal for parent-and-baby photographs, quiet family moments, nursery details, feeding or soothing routines, sibling interaction, and natural images of your newborn in a familiar environment. Before the session, Event Horyzonz Photography reviews the baby’s age, household participation, requested location, nursery or home lighting, family priorities, accessibility needs, and any health or safety considerations that may affect the session. During the session, the pace remains flexible and baby-led. Time may be used for feeding, changing, soothing, settling, and comfortable transitions. Photographs may include the baby being held, swaddled, comforted, resting safely, or interacting naturally with parents and approved immediate family members. This is a lifestyle session. Event Horyzonz Photography does not provide complex studio newborn posing, unsafe posing, medical handling, suspended props, unsupported positioning, or any setup that places appearance above the baby’s comfort and safety. After the session, the strongest photographs are professionally selected, edited, and delivered as high-resolution JPEG images through a private online gallery. Your gallery remains available online for 90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files during that period. This experience includes a personal-use license. Business, advertising, publication, brand, product, commercial, or promotional use requires written approval and separate licensing. RAW files, original unedited files, studio newborn posing, medical or unsafe posing, elaborate prop setups, printed products, advanced retouching, and commercial use are not included unless approved separately.
Cancellation Policy
EVENT HORYZONZ PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE POLICY BOOKING & PAYMENT A completed agreement and the required retainer reserve the approved date. The retainer applies to the total service price. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the booked event or session unless the agreement states otherwise. A request, inquiry, or unpaid appointment does not reserve a date. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & LATE ARRIVAL Retainers are non-refundable except where required by law or approved in writing. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms follow the applicable agreement and booking details. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times; late arrival may reduce coverage. DELIVERY Standard full-gallery delivery is within 21 business days, typically 3-4 weeks, unless the agreement states otherwise. When included, a sneak peek contains approximately 10-25 images and is normally delivered within 48-72 hours. Online galleries remain available for 90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files. FILES & EDITING Client delivery includes professionally selected and edited final JPEG images and approved products. RAW camera files, original footage, rejected images, working files, and unedited originals are not included. Any approved source-file delivery requires written approval, a separate fee or rights agreement, and privacy review. COPYRIGHT & USAGE Event Horyzonz Photography retains copyright. Standard consumer services include a personal-use license. Business, advertising, publication, promotional, vendor, venue, sponsor, resale, product, or other commercial use requires written licensing. Portfolio or marketing use is governed by the applicable release and written terms. LOCATION, ACCESS & SAFETY Clients are responsible for accurate location details, access, permissions, permits, and a safe working environment. Mileage, tolls, parking, permits, lodging, venue charges, and other location costs may apply. Event Horyzonz Photography may pause or stop work in unsafe, illegal, hostile, or inaccessible conditions. LIABILITY Event Horyzonz Photography uses reasonable professional care.
