Cancellation Policy
By booking Event Horyzonz, clients agree to the following terms for event photo, video, and media production services. BOOKING & PAYMENT A non-refundable retainer of 30–50% is required to secure services. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise arranged. Bookings are not confirmed without retainer and signed agreement. Payment plans may be available. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Retainers are non-refundable. Event dates may be rescheduled once if requested 7+ days in advance. Cancellations inside 7 days or failure to provide event access forfeits all payments. If Event Horyzonz cancels due to emergency or circumstances beyond control, a full refund or reschedule is offered. EVENT ACCESS & COORDINATION Client must provide necessary entry credentials, contacts, passes, and timeline details. Unavailable access or delays affecting coverage are not the responsibility of Event Horyzonz. LATE PAYMENT & OVERTIME Late final payments may result in cancellation of coverage. Overtime requested during the event is billed hourly and due upon delivery of final products. DELIVERY TIMELINES Preview/samples: 14–30 business days. Full galleries/final video: 45–90 business days depending on scale. Rush turnaround may be available for additional fee. Timelines begin after full payment and receipt of any required materials. EDITING, REVISIONS & RAW FILES Creative editing decisions are at the discretion of Event Horyzonz. Video projects include one revision; additional revision hours are billed separately. Raw files/unedited footage are never released. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS Event Horyzonz holds full copyright ownership. Clients receive personal-use rights. Commercial licensing, sponsorship collaboration, or broadcast usage requires separate agreement. Event Horyzonz may use event media for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written privacy request is purchased beforehand. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Client must secure permits, venue approvals, and safety clearances. Client is responsible for conduct of attendees and guest interference. Damages to equipment caused by negligence are client liability. LIABILITY Event Horyzonz is not responsible for injury, property loss, environmental issues, or uncontrollable event conditions. In the rare case of equipment failure or file loss, liability is limited to amounts paid. SATISFACTION Due to live-event nature, exact results, specific shots, or uncontrollable conditions cannot be guaranteed.
