Celebration in Motion Collection

Service Description

The Celebration in Motion Collection provides four hours of professional photography for events that need more room for arrivals, details, group photographs, candid moments, and the main parts of the celebration. This collection is ideal for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette and bachelor parties, engagement celebrations, graduations, family gatherings, rehearsal dinners, community events, and other personal celebrations with a fuller timeline. Coverage may include venue details, decor, important guests, requested group photographs, candid interactions, speeches, activities, and scheduled moments that take place during the booked four-hour window. After the event, the strongest photographs are professionally selected, edited, and delivered as high-resolution JPEG images through a private online gallery within 21 business days, typically 3 to 4 weeks, unless the agreement states otherwise. Your gallery remains available online for 90 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files during that period. This collection includes a personal-use license. Commercial, advertising, vendor, venue, sponsor, publication, or promotional use requires written approval and separate licensing. RAW files, original unedited files, advanced retouching, printed products, rush delivery, multiple locations, and extended coverage are not included unless added or approved separately.
